You’ll have a great time but No party people please! The fines are a killer! 1 flight of stairs directly to the pier, the proximity to the indoor pool and gym is just down the hall, no elevator!! And the outdoor pool and tennis courts are only one flight of stairs up from your suite, you can take the elevator, but honestly with kids, who wants to wait! I own 217 identical to 217 Vrbo listing 47189 as well and they can be booked together for large groups. Each has the identical amenities. I also have 2 units across the street in Waterscapes if those are booked. 

We are close to Tugboat Bay, this beach area is located at the heart of the city, Waterfront Park has unbeatable views of Lake Okanagan, sandy beaches, beautifully landscaped gardens, washroom facilities, paddle boat rentals and boat launches. Observe Kelowna’s diverse wildlife that inhabit the Rotary Marshes located at the north end of the beach. Take a stroll, or enjoy the delicious restaurants, located along the boardwalk which follows the water’s edge all the way to City Park. If you’re lucky, you may even catch some local talent on the Island performance stage

The single parking spot for your car is on the same level as the suite, so there is no need for elevator waits. Your bike can stay right by your car and then you can ride right out the ramp to the pathways or bird sanctuary. Note. We have high speed internet and no cable.
