We are super excited you have decided to check out this perfect Summer Vacation home! We know you will love it as much as we we do! Sleeps 6-10! Imagine walking out your front door to watch the sun come up over the Lake, the deer may be just leaving your lawn, the dew starts to dry on the lawn as the sun’s warmth heats up the air, you walk over to the famous Invermere bakery for a coffee and a bagel, birds chirping all the way , then walk back to your home away from home and pack up for the beach a five minute walk the other direction. At the beach you’ll find paddle boards, beach volleyball, washrooms, cafes, lots of sand and shade from the big trees. In the evening sit and enjoy the patio out front or out back well your kids play and know this is a very friendly and safe place to finally relax and begin your well earned holiday. 3 bedrooms, sunroom with two sofa beds and living room sofabed , 2 full bathrooms.

Fully equipped kitchen. Open and spacious for family cooking! Barbecue out back plus eating area shaded off the house. TV and and wireless internet throughout the house. Wood burning fireplace! Large fenced backyard. Walk to all the parks and beaches in Invermere from here. Bring Bikes!

The basement is NOT included with this house rental it has full time renters in it. If you have a questions please ask the owner before booking or we assume you have understood there is a locked off suite in the basement and it will be occupied. This is a separate lock off suite and its renter will have no access to the main house. It has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and heat.

Park your car when you’re here as you can walk or cycle to the beach and tennis courts or stroll around the shops in Invermere and have an ‘Avocado and turkey sandwich’ at the Blue Dog Cafe. We also have a great PUB close close called Station Pub, and of coarse our sushi restaurant in town is fabulous, over by A and W, called Fabuki Sushi. Parking is out front on the driveway, in front of the main yard before the bushes or across the street down from the condos.

This private home has everything for the vacationer’s family or Corporate getaway. Sleeps 6-10 and is great for getting family’s together. Large backyard, fenced, with BBQ and patio set. For a winter getaway, enjoy the slopes of Panorama 30 minutes away, dog sledding, ski-dooing, Downhill skiing or 20 minutes away is the Famous Fairmont Hot Springs to soak away your aches and pains from the ski hill.

Kimberly, Fairmont, and Golden Ski Resorts are only an hour away for even more fun on the slopes. Invermere is a four season resort to be enjoyed in every way from the summer fun of Golfing at 10 different World Class Golf Resorts, skiing the slopes or just enjoying the view while hiking into the mountain trails that surround Invermere and Radium.
