We have 2 private pools in the back yard (unheated). The splash pool and Jacuzzi is on the side of the house and the large swimming pool overlooks the estuary at the back of the home. The decking goes all around the house and pools. There is also a large roof top Sky Terrace with wet bar and fireplace. It is amazing to sit up here for those spectacular Sea of Cortez Sunsets and mountain views. At night (because there is no light pollution) the show you get from the stars is unbelievable – Meteor showers, satellites, constellations and the Milky Way all show themselves with grandeur. We love to sit in the back yard with a cold beverage on those hot sunny days. We have the house professionally decorated and furnished in classic items that reflect the culture of the area and the comforts of home. Flat screen TVs, satellite TV and unlimited WiFi. Stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and Spanish colonial furniture. This is a great location to unwind and spend quality time with the family, explore the surrounding nature and estuary / waterways within the wildlife sanctuary. The house offers many places to relax, including the roof top Sky Terrace.

Our home and community is at the Mayan Palace Resort – 20 miles from the town of Puerto Penasco. We require minimum 3 night bookings.

We supply only a small supply of paper products so bring some along. WiFi is not guaranteed at any time. Beach toys towels and swim suits are good to bring too.

We are not responsible for refunds if there are delays due to weather or road closures and construction detours. Mexico is an unpredictable place but we love it anyways and you will too.
